The China-Korea High-Speed Railway, i.e. "China-Korea-Korea International High-Speed Passenger and Cargo Railway Corridor", referred to as "China-Korea High-Speed Railway" or "Shenyang-Seoul High-Speed Railway", or "Shenyang-Seoul High-Speed Railway". "Shenyang-Seoul High-Speed Railway", for short, is an international electrified high-speed railway connecting Shenyang City, Liaoning Province of China and Seoul City, the capital of South Korea, spanning three countries: China, North Korea and South Korea. Constructed by China according to National Railway Class I standard, it is the first cross-border high-speed railway in China with a design speed of more than 250 kilometres per hour that is directly connected to the railway network, the first high-speed railway in China with a land crossing, the first cross-border railway in China that spans across three countries, and the first railway in China to enter into a developed country.
